From the Army Liberation Corps, established right after the August Revolution in Vinh city and then named Regiment 57, through many campaigns during the 9 years of resistance against the French, the soldiers of the Soviet homeland of Nghe Tinh returned from the Dien Bien Phu battlefield to join the 308th Division to take over the capital 70 years ago.
