The guests were mainly Lisa and Leon's classmates. The space was decorated with many balloons and cakes in pink and blue, matching the children's preferences.
Sharing about her children's 5th birthday milestone, Ho Ngoc Ha wrote: "5 years old, a memorable milestone that marks the stage where little girls and boys begin to know their names, personalities, talents, and start clearly saying 'no' to things they don't like."

On this special day, Ho Ngoc Ha's family performed a meaningful act by deciding to send many gifts to underprivileged children. In particular, Lisa and Leon donated 100 million VND to support people affected by floods and storms in Central Vietnam, specifically Hue and Da Nang.
"On this special anniversary, Lisa and Leon will be sending away many of the gifts they've received, as well as gifts from themselves, to underprivileged children. In addition, they will be donating another 100 million VND to Central Vietnam," the singer shared.

At the age of 5, the twins are increasingly showing distinct personalities and are said to have inherited many traits from their parents. Lisa is said to resemble her mother with her pretty appearance, long legs, and somewhat calm and careful personality. Meanwhile, Leon is a "copy" of Kim Lý with his handsome looks and energetic personality, loving sports such as football, tennis, and swimming.
Ho Ngoc Ha once shared about this difference: "Lisa is very much like me, while Leon is very much like his father. Their personalities are also similar; Lisa is as picky as me, paying attention to every little detail, while Leon has had OCD since he was little, even picking up a stray strand of hair and throwing it away."

Ho Ngoc Ha said: "Vietnamese is very difficult to learn, so the children will speak and learn Vietnamese first. They will definitely speak English and Swedish well, and it's okay to start learning them later."
