Accordingly, at around 8:00 p.m. on September 13, a tornado swept through Thanh Xuan commune, causing the roofs of about 30 houses to be blown off, and one person, Mr. Tran Van Thanh in Xuan Nam hamlet, was injured. More than 100m of the fence of Thanh Xuan Secondary School collapsed; dozens of kiosks at Dang market had their roofs completely blown off.
