Our husband, father, and brother is: Colonel TRAN MINH BINH

Date of birth27/7/1958

Place of origin: Luu Son Commune, Do Luong District, Nghe An Province.

Former Head of the Party and Mass Mobilization Department and Chief of the Party Committee Office of the Nghe An Provincial Public Security Department; First-Class Military Merit Medal, Medal for National Security; First, Second, and Third-Class Glorious Soldier Medal; 37 years of Party membership.

After a period of illness, despite the dedicated care and treatment from doctors, nurses, his family, wife, and children, Colonel Tran Minh Binh passed away at 7:30 PM on May 28, 2017 (corresponding to the 3rd day of the 5th lunar month of the Year of the Rooster) due to the severity of his illness. He was 60 years old.

The Funeral Organizing Committee and the family would like to express their sincere gratitude to: the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; the Party Committee and Board of Directors of the Provincial Police Department, the departments and divisions of the Nghe An Provincial Police Department, the police departments of districts, cities, and towns; provincial-level departments and agencies; units and localities; the Party Committee and Front Committee of Block 5, Do Luong Town; and all relatives, comrades, colleagues, friends near and far, and neighbors who came to pay their respects and bid farewell to our husband, father, and brother, Colonel Tran Minh Binh, as he was laid to rest.
