Permanent address: No. 1, Lane 58, Doi Cung Street, Vinh City, Nghe An Province.
He passed away at 2:20 AM on November 23, 2024 (corresponding to the 23rd day of the 10th lunar month of the Year of the Dragon), at the age of 77.
The family would like to express their sincere gratitude:
