Throughout her 12 years of schooling, Khanh Linh was an all-around excellent student. In the 2016-2017 school year, she won third prize at the provincial level in English. Linh shared: “After completing the exam, I assessed my own results in Math and English, but I still wasn't entirely sure. Also, Literature was an essay-based subject, and although I tried my best on the exam day, I didn't expect such a high score.” Linh said her study method involved paying close attention to her teachers' lectures, asking questions immediately in class if she didn't understand something, practicing exercises from textbooks and online resources at home, and managing her time effectively during exams. With these results, Khanh Linh hopes to apply to the Foreign Trade University to continue her studies.

For Nguyen Thi Nga, from Hamlet 11, Tuong Son Commune, this year's exam earned her much admiration for achieving high scores: 9 points in Literature, 7 points in Mathematics, and 8.6 points in English. Born and raised in a family where both parents are farmers who work hard year-round, Nga has been a diligent student since childhood.
According to Nga, the best way to achieve high scores in the recent exam was through self-study. Nga proactively dedicated time to consolidating knowledge and practicing numerous exercises, from basic to difficult levels. She spread her learning throughout the year. Therefore, she accumulated knowledge little by little each day, avoiding the mindset of waiting until the last minute to cram, and maintaining a normal learning pace.
