Literacy classes in border areas.
(Baonghean.vn) - For nearly a month now, many Thai, Poong, and Dan Lai women from three border villages (Tan Huong, Tung Huong, Lien Huong) in Tam Quang commune, Tuong Duong district, have been regularly attending literacy classes at the night class organized by Tam Quang Border Guard Post, Nghe An Border Guard Command.

The literacy class takes place from 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM at the Tung Huong Village Cultural Center, with officers from the Tam Quang Border Guard Post directly teaching the class. Many women have to walk kilometers to attend. Since the class began, these students have rarely been absent.

From 34 students who participated on the opening day, the number has now increased to 40. And at night, overcoming the difficulties in their lives, the women still manage their household chores and arrive at class on time to equip themselves with literacy skills.
