At around 11am on April 1, a truck was traveling on a bridge in Bao Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district when it had an accident. The rear tire of the truck flew off the axle, crossed the road and flew straight into a roadside refreshment shop.

The strong impact shattered the tempered glass in front of the store. Luckily, there were no customers at the time, so only tables, chairs, cabinets... were damaged.

Ms. Le Thi Thanh Hien, the owner of the shop, said that at the time of the incident, she had just left the shop and went to the shop next door. When the incident happened, the street was quite empty so no one was affected.
After the incident, the two sides agreed on a compensation plan to remedy the consequences.
