The send-off ceremony saw 121 vehicles transporting over 1,400 delegates to the Party Congress.

This morning (January 13th), at Brigade 971, the Department of Motor Vehicles and Transportation (General Department of Logistics and Technical Services) held a ceremony to send off troops to carry out the task of transporting delegates to the 14th National Congress of the Party.

The military is responsible for transporting delegates to and from the Party Congress.

The General Department of Logistics and Technical Services, Ministry of National Defence, recently held an opening ceremony for a training course for drivers serving to transport delegates attending the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
