Smuggling 7 victims to Cambodia with the trick of 'easy work, high salary'
On the afternoon of June 11, the Criminal Police Department of Tay Ninh Province Police initiated a case, prosecuted the accused and temporarily detained Nguyen Van Tam (born in 1997), Nguyen Ai Vi (born in 2002, both residing in An Giang) and Nguyen Thi Kieu Trang (born in 1994, residing in Hau Giang) to further investigate the acts of human trafficking and human trafficking under 16 years old.
Previously, through monitoring the situation on cyberspace, the Criminal Police Department of Tay Ninh Province Police discovered a ring that lured Vietnamese people to Cambodia to work with high salaries, but in fact tricked the victims into selling them to a fraudulent company owned by a Chinese person to get money for personal use.

Upon receiving information that two women from Tay Ninh province were being prepared to be sold to Cambodia in the border area of An Phu district (An Giang), the Criminal Police Department of Tay Ninh Provincial Police coordinated with An Giang Provincial Police to prevent and rescue the victims and successively arrest the key members of the ring including Tam, Vi and Trang and bring them to Tay Ninh to serve the investigation.
Through investigation, the police initially determined that Tam and Vi lived together as husband and wife in An Giang province. Two years ago, they went to Cambodia to conduct game fraud in areas managed by Chinese people.
Here, Tam and Vi met Trang. Trang told Tam and Vi to find someone to introduce to Trang to sell to the company. Trang paid Tam and Vi 300 USD/person. Before the generous salary, Tam and Vi returned to Vietnam, used Facebook "Nguyen Tam" to introduce, promising a job making game apps with a salary of 800 to 900 USD/month and no debt to the company to lure many Vietnamese people in need to contact.
With the above tricks, the couple Tam, Vi and Trang successfully sold 7 victims in the provinces of An Giang, Hau Giang, Binh Duong, Ho Chi Minh City, Tay Ninh (including 1 victim under 16 years old in Tay Ninh province).
