On the afternoon of July 15, the Investigation Police Agency of Da Nang City initiated a case and prosecuted 7 suspects, managers and employees of Da Nang International General Clinic, for the act of "Deceiving customers", as stipulated in Clause 2, Article 198 of the Penal Code. Among them, the Investigation Agency temporarily detained 4 suspects; issued an order prohibiting 3 suspects from leaving their place of residence to continue investigating and clarifying the clinic's violations.
