The past partnership between businessman Doan Di Bang and Miss Thuy Tien is attracting public attention. The reason comes from the fact that both of them have recently been involved in various legal issues related to the products they trade or promote.
Specifically, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Vu, the husband of Ms. Doan Di Bang, was arrested on charges of manufacturing and trading counterfeit goods. At the same time, Miss Thuy Tien was also proposed by the Investigation Police Agency to be prosecuted for "Deceiving customers". These incidents have caused the online community to find and share videos and images recorded when the two were still working together.

According to the initial investigation results, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Vu, General Director of VB Group Trading and Service Company Limited, was accused of trading 1,652 fake Hanayuki Sunscreen Body products. This product was manufactured at EBC Dong Nai Medical Factory Joint Stock Company.
The appraisal conclusion from the Criminal Science Institute in Ho Chi Minh City shows that the actual sun protection factor (SPF) of the product is 25.82, only 51.64% compared to the SPF 50 index printed on the packaging.
Miss Thuy Tien and the accusation of "Deceiving customers"
Regarding Miss Thuy Tien, according to information from the Ministry of Public Security, the Investigation Police Agency has issued an investigation conclusion, proposing to prosecute her and four other defendants in the case related to the Kera vegetable candy product.
The investigation results determined that Thuy Tien participated in promoting the product despite knowing that the fiber content was very low (0.935%) and the production materials were unknown. She admitted to the authorities that as a famous person, she had to be responsible to consumers.
Looking back at past collaborations
At the end of 2022, Doan Di Bang and Miss Thuy Tien appeared together in livestreams to sell a set of lipstick products. During the broadcasts, Ms. Doan Di Bang introduced Thuy Tien as a "brand ambassador" and emphasized the beauty queen's responsibility towards the product.
At that time, the two showed their close relationship. They also announced that a portion of the revenue (VND 30,000/product) would be used for Tet gift funds for the needy, and customers would have the opportunity to attend a joint fan meeting. However, after this sales campaign, no further information about the meeting was announced and the two no longer appeared together.
