What does the Land Law stipulate regarding the system of land use planning and plans? This is a question of concern to Ms. Hoang Mai Huong (Hung Nguyen, Nghe An).

ReplyAccording to Article 61 of the 2024 Land Law, the system of land use planning and plans is stipulated as follows:

1. The land use planning and management system includes:

a) National land use planning and plans;

b) Provincial-level land use planning and plans;

c) District-level land use planning, district-level annual land use plan;

d) Planning for the use of land for national defense purposes;

d) Land use planning for security purposes.

2. National land use planning, national defense land use planning, and national security land use planning are part of the national planning system and shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of this Law and the laws on planning.

3. Provincial-level and district-level land use planning are technical, specialized plans that concretize national-level, regional-level, and provincial-level planning.
