Ahead of the Astana city anniversary, Kazakhstani powerlifter Sergey Tsyrulnikov set his 13th record. On July 2, the Kazakh hero held two 120-horsepower planes in his hands for three minutes, according to Sputnik Kazakhstan.

Previously, the athlete held two SUVs, four horses and ten people in each hand. The hardest thing, he admitted, was holding the horses.

"Holding the plane feels like holding a car. But this time I burst capillaries in my biceps, bleeding. I set a new record on City Day," Tsyrulnikov told Sputnik.

The Kazakh athlete plans to set a new world record in each city of the country. This, according to Tsyrulnikov, will be a demonstration of the country's strength and power.
