Musician Tô Hiếu stated that he created the TikTok channel for artist Thương Tín, but he has now decided to delete the clips from the channel to protect Thương Tín's reputation.
Accordingly, artist Thuong Tin's TikTok channel was created in early 2024. The channel is a place for artist Thuong Tin to interact with his fans through videos of his daily life. When it was first created, the channel had about 2,000 followers, but now, after the controversies, it only has 1,000 followers left.
Musician Tô Hiếu stated that he created the TikTok channel for his senior colleague. He also admitted to deleting all the videos on the channel.
Composer Tô Hiếu said: "After the recent controversies, viewers not only unfollowed Tín's (artist Thương Tín) TikTok channel but also left many comments insulting him."
Therefore, I decided not to block the channel but to remove Thuong Tin's videos. Furthermore, Thuong Tin is no longer living at my house, and I no longer follow his artistic activities as closely as before, so there definitely won't be any new videos. I'm not deleting the channel; I'll just leave it as it is. If Thuong Tin needs it, I can hand it over."
Composer Tô Hiếu also affirmed that after the controversy, even though artist Thương Tín contacted him many times and even came to his house, he wanted to distance himself from the name Thương Tín and return to a normal life.
"Perhaps our paths have diverged, and I can no longer work with him. Even when it came to inviting Mr. Tin to a show, I only sent him my phone number so we could connect and work together directly. Whether the job actually worked out or not, I didn't care anymore."
