The bad background of the troublemaker Kha Banh
The Ministry of Public Security believes that Ngo Ba Kha's (Kha Banh) offensive actions online are unacceptable and need to be stopped.

On the afternoon of April 2, at the Government's regular press conference, Deputy Minister of Public Security, Senior Lieutenant General Bui Van Nam said that Bac Ninh Police had prosecuted and detained Ngo Ba Kha (aka Kha Banh) for the crime ofGambleandGambling organization.
According to Bac Ninh police, at the investigation agency, Kha cried and admitted his mistakes, telling "social brothers not to do wrong things".
In connection with the case, authorities are detaining Nguyen Van Quang (32 years old), Nguyen Huu Hoi (20 years old, all residing in Tu Son town) and Ngo Luong An (34 years old) and Trinh Huu Quy (27 years old, all residing in Tien Du district) to clarify their gambling and organizing gambling.
According to Minister and Head of the Government Office Mai Tien Dung, Kha's videos posted on social media have endangered the younger generation. "I am very happy that Bac Ninh police have solved the case related to Kha," Mr. Dung said, affirming that Kha's actions are unacceptable.

Tam Son Commune Police Chief Ngo Duc Binh said that Kha is a local bad guy who does not strictly follow the law. The suspect often comes back to the locality with his friends from other places to cause disorder.
At the age of 17, Kha was sent to a reformatory for disturbing public order. After two years of re-education, Kha returned home to work as a freelancer and at the age of 20 married a woman in the same commune. Four years later, he divorced and continued his wandering life. In 2017, Kha was sentenced to 5 months in prison by the People's Court of Tu Son town for the crime ofIntentional injury.
"On the evening of April 1, when the police executed the arrest warrant and searched the house, two girls claimed to be Kha's wives, but we have not received any information about marriage procedures," said Mr. Binh.
According to Mr. Binh, Kha is only famous on social networks and "attractive" to young adults in other places, but in the locality, everyone is indifferent because they understand him as a "gangster with a criminal record who likes to cause trouble".
Mr. Binh felt sad when many students came to Kha’s house every day to take pictures and ask for autographs. Last Tet, a group of students even rode bicycles from Thuan Thanh district to ask for pictures amid cheers.
"Seeing the above situation, local authorities have consulted with schools in the area to actively promote awareness raising for students," he said.
Quite a gangster with three previous convictions for crime.Intentional injuryandDisturbing public order,Kha Banh is famous on social media. In March, Kha was twice fined by the police for burning a motorbike and filming it; standing in a line to take photos on the Hanoi - Hai Phong highway.
Kha started making videos with obscene and gangster content to post on YouTube since 2017, and currently has nearly 2 million followers. At first, Kha was paid 7,000 - 8,000 USD/month because his videos had a high number of views, with some months reaching nearly 20,000 USD.
On April 1, Kha and several others were detained by Bac Ninh Provincial Police. Searching Kha's house, the police seized many weapons and "some documents related to illegal lending and lottery activities." Kha admitted to using drugs.
