[Infographic] Changes in health insurance examination and treatment procedures from January 1, 2025

The Government has just issued Decree No. 02/2025/ND-CP dated January 1, 2025 guiding the implementation of the 2024 Law on Health Insurance. Decree 02 has amended and supplemented Article 15 - Procedures for medical examination and treatment under health insurance stipulated in Clause 1, Article 28 of the Law on Health Insurance, helping to reduce the time for patients when going for medical examination and treatment under health insurance; consistent with the application of information technology, digital transformation and clearly demonstrating the reform of administrative procedures in medical examination and treatment under health insurance.
