On December 18, fitness assistant Bae Ji Won officially ended his contract with VFF and said goodbye to the Vietnamese team afterAFF Cup 2018. The person who will replace Mr. Bae is Brazilian coach - Willander Fonseca.
Although only 31 years old, Coach Fonseca has 11 years of experience in the profession. He started his career at a third-division club in his hometown at the age of 20. After that, Fonseca started his relationship with Southeast Asian teams when he took on the job at Buriram United (Thailand) in 2015, followed by clubs in Laos and Cambodia.

His wife is Perama Tipuksorn (Thailand). She used to work at a TV channel.Series Channelof Thailand. After having children, she retired to spend more time taking care of her family.
Perama is also a sports lover, especially yoga. She has practiced yoga professionally for many years. Thanks to that, she maintains a beautiful, slim body.
One special thing is that even though they have children together, it was not until last August that the two officially registered their marriage in Thailand. Willander Fonseca did not hesitate to give his wife sweet words: "Meeting you was fate. Becoming your husband was my choice. But loving you was beyond my control."
