According to witnesses at the scene, at 11:30 a.m. on June 11, a large truck drove through the Anh Son district post office (branch in Hamlet 3, Linh Son Commune). Because the house had long been seriously degraded, the roof collapsed at that moment. The entire roof of the 3rd floor collapsed, damaging the corrugated iron roofs below and crushing 2 motorbikes of nearby residents.
