The owners of the clip are Nguyen Doan Anh (born in 1993), from Tuong Son commune, Anh Son district and Le Thuy Dung, from Quang Ninh. Currently, both Doan Anh and his girlfriend are living and working in Quang Ninh.

The confession took place at Vincom Shopping Center in Uong Bi City, Quang Ninh. It was organized by Doan Anh's cousin and close friends.
Talking about the idea of performing the confession, Nguyen Doan Anh said: "We have known each other for a while, but I have never done anything meaningful for her, so I came up with the idea and asked my brothers and friends to help me perform the confession."
The romantic confession made the girl from Quang Ninh extremely emotional.
