(Baonghean.vn) - On January 20, Nghe An Newspaper connected with the Mipec - Trang An Project Board to present Tet gifts to 35 Dan Lai households in Ba Ha village, Thach Ngan commune (Con Cuong). The gifts, with a total value of 50 million VND, contributed to the joy of the people welcoming the New Year of the Dragon.
In 2009, Dan Lai ethnic households in the core area of Pu Mat National Park in Mon Son commune relocated to Ba Ha village to live. In their new home, they encountered many difficulties, 35 households with nearly 200 people were all extremely poor households. Over the years, despite the attention of Party committees and authorities at all levels, along with their efforts in production, the lives of Ba Ha villagers were still poor and difficult due to lack of land for production and lack of water for daily life.
