Given the complex developments of the Covid-19 pandemic and the strict implementation of Prime Minister's Directive 16 on social isolation throughout Vinh City under the principle of "stay where you are" from August 23rd, the People's Committee of Hong Son Ward organized a task force to provide food support to poor households and elderly people living alone in the area.
