Impersonating provincial leader's assistant to defraud over 2 billion VND
The authorities have just decided to prosecute the case, prosecute the accused, and temporarily detain 3 subjects to investigate the crimes of "Fraudulent appropriation of property" and "Forgery of documents of agencies and organizations".
The three suspects include: To Van Gian (born in 1973), residing in Nghia Duc ward, Gia Nghia city (Dak Nong); Nguyen A (born in 1991), residing in Phu Lam ward, Tuy Hoa city (Phu Yen); Le Thuong (born in 1992), residing in Phuoc Thang commune, Tuy Phuoc district (Binh Dinh).

Initial investigation results show that these subjects havefakeOfficials and assistants to the leaders of Dak Nong Provincial People's Committee then falsified documents and records to carry out the pig farm project.
From December 2021 to August 2022, 3 subjects defrauded and appropriated the property of Mr. Pham Minh Tam - Director of Viet Can Company, headquartered in Binh Phuoc province, with an amount of nearly 2.2 billion VND.
