Masan Consumer has been recognized by Fortune as one of the Top 100 Best Places to Work in Southeast Asia 2025.

On December 2, 2025, Fortune announced its list of the Top 100 Best Places to Work in Southeast Asia. Masan Consumer was the only fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) company in Vietnam to be recognized.

This is the first time Fortune has expanded this list to Southeast Asia, honoring companies with the best work environments in the region.

According to Fortune, in the context of Southeast Asia's booming economy, this list honors organizations that not only achieve outstanding business results but also create an ideal work environment for their employees. Based on the Great Place To Work® survey model, the ranking recognizes companies where the workforce has great faith in the organization, takes pride in their work, and possesses a strong team spirit.

Fortune's evaluation process places particular emphasis on real-world feedback from employees through surveys, combined with in-depth assessments of companies' corporate culture and human resource strategies. Over 1.3 million employees participated in the survey evaluating their workplace culture, and more than 550,000 responses were validated.

Also for three consecutive years, 2023-2025,Masan Consumer(UpCOM: MCH) has been recognized as a Great Place to Work, based on a comprehensive survey of over 5,000 employees nationwide.

Notably, 91% of employees surveyed rated Masan Consumer as an excellent workplace, a 4 percentage point increase compared to the previous year – a figure reflecting the strong confidence of the workforce.

In all criteria of the Trust Model (including Trust, Respect, Fairness, Pride, and Colleague Relationships) according to the Great Place To Work standard, Masan Consumer's results were high and increased by 2 to 4 points compared to the previous survey. This is evidence of a comprehensive human resource development strategy, creating a creative and engaging environment where employees are empowered to develop to their fullest potential and contribute to the organization's overall success.
