According to witnesses, at the time, the large sand truck was traveling on Highway 46 in the direction of Nam Dan - Vinh. When reaching the turn, right in front of the Haivina Kim Lien textile factory, it lost control, crashed into the field, turned sideways and overturned. 2/3 of the truck was in the field and the rear of the truck was on the road. Fortunately, the driver escaped without causing any casualties to people or vehicles participating in traffic.

Two hours after the accident, the damaged car was lifted off the road.
