Conflict at sidewalk cafe, 1 person stabbed to death
A conflict occurred at a sidewalk cafe, Bui Quang Ly used a knife to stab Mr. D.D.T many times, causing the victim's death.
Ha Tinh police are temporarily detaining Bui Quang Ly (45 years old, residing in Cam Xuyen town) to investigate the crime of "Killing".
According to the investigation agency, at around 5:30 p.m. on October 23, at a sidewalk cafe, Bui Quang Ly and D.D.T (41 years old, both living in Cam Xuyen town) accidentally met each other. Here, the two had a conflict and disagreement.

The two then got into a fight. During this process, Ly pulled out a knife he had hidden on his person and stabbed T. multiple times, causing the victim to collapse on the spot. After committing the crime, Ly fled the scene. T. was taken to the hospital by local people for emergency treatment but did not survive.
That same evening, Ly went to Cam Xuyen District Police headquarters to surrender.
It is known that the victim D.D.T. was infected with Agent Orange, and the victim Ly was disabled. Previously, the two had a conflict.
The case is currently under investigation.
