A dispute at a roadside beverage stall resulted in one person being stabbed to death.
A dispute arose at a roadside beverage stall, during which Bui Quang Ly stabbed D.D.T. multiple times with a knife, resulting in the victim's death.
The Ha Tinh police are currently holding Bui Quang Ly (45 years old, residing in Cam Xuyen town) in custody for investigation into the crime of "Killing".
According to the investigating agency, at approximately 5:30 PM on October 23rd, at a roadside beverage stall, Bui Quang Ly and D.D.T (41 years old, both residing in Cam Xuyen town) coincidentally met. A conflict and argument ensued between the two.

A fight then broke out between the two. During the altercation, Ly pulled out a knife he had concealed on his person and stabbed T. multiple times, causing the victim to collapse on the spot. After committing the crime, Ly fled the scene. T. was taken to the hospital by local residents for emergency treatment but did not survive.
Later that evening, Ly surrendered to the Cam Xuyen District Police headquarters.
It is known that the victim, D.D.T., was a victim of Agent Orange, while the perpetrator, Ly, was disabled. The two had previously had a conflict.
The incident is currently under further investigation.
