Having a conflict with one person, killing another to get revenge.

While carrying iron pipes to find and attack Minh, the perpetrators encountered Nguyen Duy Nhat Tan (Minh's friend) and assaulted him, causing his death.

Recently, the Lam Dong Provincial People's Court sentenced defendants K'Phong (18 years old) to 16 years in prison; K'Luong (20 years old) to 15 years in prison; and K'Goan (19 years old) to 5 years in prison (all residing in Tan Chau commune, Di Linh district) for the crime of "murder".

According to the indictment: On the evening of January 11, 2016, after drinking alcohol, K'Phong, K'Luong, and K'-Goan went to a restaurant in front of the Di Linh District Post Office for dinner. There, they saw Nguyen Van Hoang Minh and Nguyen Duy Nhat Tan passing by.

Defendant K'Phong discovered that Minh had a conflict with him in 2013, so he enlisted K'Luong and K'Goan to retaliate.

Immediately afterwards, the three suspects followed Minh to Di Linh Park. Upon learning that Minh was sitting with some friends, they rode their motorbikes to the drainage ditch in front of Lam Son Primary School, retrieved three iron pipes, and quickly returned to attack Minh.

On the way to Di Linh Park, K'Goan fell off his motorbike and couldn't continue, while K'Phong and K'Luong continued to the park and repeatedly struck Nguyen Duy Nhat Tan (Minh's friend) on the head with iron pipes, causing his death.
