Amidst the controversy surrounding Hoang Thuy, runner-up Mau Thuy posted a video sharing her strong opinion about "tactlessness," sparking speculation that she was targeting her colleague.

Recently, runner-up Mau Thuy posted a nearly two-minute video sharing her personal views on behaviors she considers "tactless" and "low EQ." This move immediately attracted attention from the online community, as it occurred amidst similar controversies surrounding model Hoang Thuy.
In the video, Mau Thuy frankly expressed: "Calling them tactless or having low EQ is too mild a term for them. These people know that others are hurting, but they still do it. They stand on the pain of others to prove their tiny ego. They know they are hurting you, that their words are painful, that their actions are going too far, but they still do it."
She further analyzed that this wasn't innocence or straightforwardness, but rather "sharp-tongued" and "unreasonable." At the end of the video, Mau Thuy emphasized: "I'm just analyzing, don't take offense."
The root cause stems from previous controversies.
Although Mau Thuy didn't name anyone specifically, the timing and content of the video immediately reminded many people of Hoang Thuy. A few days earlier, Hoang Thuy caused controversy by recalling her journey at Miss Universe right after Huong Giang didn't achieve a high ranking in the competition. Her actions were considered by some viewers to be tactless and showed "low emotional intelligence."
In response to the criticism, Hoang Thuy also took action, stating that she would no longer "look before she leaps" with people whose relationships have already been "damaged".
