On her personal page, she regularly updates her son's daily schedule. He is woken up at 6 a.m. for personal hygiene and stretching. After that, he goes out for walks twice a day to connect with nature.

Thanks to a disciplined lifestyle, Mai Ngoc's son, whose real name is Dang Quoc Anh Minh and nicknamed Panda, has shown outstanding physical development. Despite being only nearly 7 months old, he has already reached the size and weight of a 1-year-old, with a body length of 71.5 cm and a weight of 9.7 kg, earning praise from doctors.
