Thanh Mai shared that she read the script like a novel and many parts brought tears to her eyes, especially the last part where the character Quyen reads Van's letter. And that was the reason why she agreed to participate in the film.

“When reading the script, the characters are multi-dimensional, but when we get to the set, the director makes it more difficult. There were times when we filmed from 5am to 12am. However, everyone volunteered to work and I was the only link in that chain, so I couldn't separate myself," the actress confided.

Telling the behind-the-scenes story, Thanh Mai said that when she went to Russia to film, she lost all her luggage and had to pay for her own costumes. Because Quyen is a successful woman, her costumes are all expensive branded items and cannot be "sloppy".
