Weather presenter Thai Ba Minh is a young party member, was admitted directly to university, and possesses a handsome and attractive appearance.

Thai Ba Minh, born in 2002, is from Lao Cai. He recently graduated from the Diplomatic Academy. Thai Ba Minh became more widely known online when he took on the role of weather presenter for VTV.
