A young man dressed in black, acting erratically, entered a milk shop with a knife and tied up the pregnant owner, a 6-year-old boy, and a female employee with tape on the evening of November 21st.

At 7:30 PM, a young man, approximately 30 years old, with a short haircut, wearing shorts and a black T-shirt, carrying a large knife, walked into a milk shop on To Ngoc Van Street, Tam Phu Ward, Thu Duc District, Ho Chi Minh City.

He locked the glass door and went back to the cashier.knifeHe approached the female owner, who was over 30 and pregnant, and the female employee, demanding money.

The woman's 6-year-old son ran to him, but the man hugged him tightly, threatened to "cut off his ears," and threw several milk cartons from the shelf around.

He continued to hold the knife to the pregnant woman's neck, ordering her and her unborn child, along with the staff member, not to resist, and then tied the three of them together with tape. Local residents witnessed the incident but no one dared approach. The incident was reported to the police.

He dragged the victims outside. The young man glanced around nervously, a knife still pressed against the victim's neck, preventing anyone from approaching. Seeing the police, he said, "Where are the top leaders here? I'm being chased by gangsters, why aren't you protecting me? You're letting me wander around aimlessly."

The police persuaded him to drop the weapon. More than an hour later, the young man asked the police for his phone to call his family. When he put down the knife, the police swooped in and arrested him. The victims were not injured.

Because he was not yet conscious, the Thu Duc District Police were unable to take his statement.
