Fresh peach blossoms are a symbol of luck, faith in a happy and peaceful new year in the traditional Tet holiday of Vietnamese people for many generations. There are many varieties of peaches such as blue peach, pale peach, white peach, hybrid peach, seven-inch peach, ancient wild peach... And the trend of using stone peach (faded peach) is becoming popular.
Peach trees are grown in high terrain and cool climate all year round. Because they are grown in high terrain and have difficult roads, it is impossible to dig up the whole tree and the whole mound. Therefore, people who play peach trees during Tet mainly use the cut peach branches.
Because of the long distance, every Tet holiday, both peach sellers and peach buyers often make the mistake of cutting peach branches too early. This leads to some peach branches withering, blooming too early, or blooming too late. Therefore, the first factor is to choose the right time to buy peaches.

The most reasonable time is to buy peach trees about 1 week before Tet. In addition to peach tree shapes (depending on each person's preferences and eyesight), you should choose peach branches that are still fresh, have strong trunks, and have many plump buds.

It is necessary to carefully observe the development of flower buds on the branches to predict whether the peach tree will bloom on time or not.
If the peach blossoms bloom too early, you should keep your peach branches in hidden places with little light, and limit soaking the base of your peach branches in water. Absolutely do not burn the base because it will stimulate the peach blossoms to bloom faster.

In addition to the above methods, some people also add vitamin B1 to the vase of peach branches. This is also a way to stimulate the growth of peach branches, helping your peach branches stay fresh longer, and the petals will take longer to fall after blooming.
