With a production run of exactly 50 units, the Mercedes-AMG G63 50th Anniversary Edition is painted in a striking Mauritius Blue color. This paint color seems perfectly suited to a luxury SUV like the Mercedes-AMG G63.
Inside the Mercedes-AMG G63 50th Anniversary Edition is a premium Designo leather interior with diamond-pattern stitching. When purchasing this special edition Mercedes-AMG G63, Japanese customers can choose from one of four different interior color combinations.

Mercedes-Benz will produce 24 cars with a white porcelain interior. Fifteen will come with a black interior. Next are six with a Mocha Brown interior and five with a Saddle Brown interior. Three of these 50 cars will also have a black interior for a more unique two-tone look.
Furthermore, the interior of the Mercedes-AMG G63 50th Anniversary Edition features the AMG Carbon Fiber accessory package, giving it a distinctly sporty look.
The engine of the Mercedes-AMG G63 50th Anniversary Edition remains unchanged from the standard version. It still uses a 5.5-liter twin-turbo V8 gasoline engine producing a maximum power of 563 horsepower and a maximum torque of 761 Nm. Power is transmitted to the wheels via a 7-speed automatic transmission. As a result, the Mercedes-AMG G63 50th Anniversary Edition can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 5.3 seconds and reach an electronically limited top speed of 209 km/h.
