Forecasts indicate that from around January 22nd, the area from Thanh Hoa to Hue will experience cold weather, with the possibility of severe cold in Thanh Hoa and Nghe An. The area from Quang Tri to Quang Ngai is likely to experience widespread showers and thunderstorms on January 22nd and 23rd, with localized moderate to heavy rainfall.
