Minh Tu entered the final round of Asia's Next Top Model 2017

The 1993-born model is the first Vietnamese contestant to enter this round in the competition seasons.

Asia's Next Top Model aired on the evening of June 21st, bringing a catwalk challenge on the surface of a building and a photo shoot with the theme "The Journey".Minh Tu performed well in both competitions.

In the catwalk challenge, before the competition, she was a bit nervous but still showed determination because this was the deciding part to enter the final round. After wearing the safety belt, she walked carefully and was cheered by the judges. After the first few steps, Minh Tu said she was no longer afraid but found it interesting. The model received a score of 8.0, coming in second place after Shikin.

In the photo challenge, the Vietnamese representative was admonished by host Cindy for posing like a car advertising model. After that, Minh Tu changed her strategy. Learning from previous episodes, she abandoned sexy poses, instead showing the elegance and beauty of a successful lady, a star. Her photo made judge Yu Tsai exclaim: "I take my hat off to this photo."

Minh Tu's photo received many compliments from the judges.

With convincing performances, Minh Tu, Shikin and Maureen are the three finalists. Clara is eliminated. New contestant Xiao Qing is revealed to be the secret judge of the competition.

The model was born in 1993 in Ho Chi Minh City, is 1.78 m tall with measurements of 86-60-92. She has built a sexy image with a shiny brown skin. Possessing an ideal body, she won the silver prize at Vietnam Supermodel 2013.In 2014, Minh Tu successfully cast and performed for the world famous fashion house Oscar de la Renta at Singapore Fashion Week.

The finals will air on June 28.
