Stir-fried meat with spinach
Wash 100g of lean pork and dice it; wash 500g of spinach and cut it into long pieces; finely chop the onion and ginger. Stir-fried pork liver with celery
Wash 200g of pork liver, slice it, and place it in a bowl. Add soy sauce, rice wine, cornstarch, ginger juice, and white sugar, and marinate for 15 minutes. Remove the leaves from 300g of celery, wash it, and slice it into notched pieces. Blanch it in boiling water, then remove and soak it in cold water. Heat oil in a pan, add the pork liver, and stir-fry over high heat until cooked. Add the celery and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Effects: Clears heat, eliminates toxins, calms the liver, effectively prevents and treats acne. Suitable for patients with acne of the damp-excess type and for patients with high blood pressure.
Patients with nephritis should avoid using this product.
Four seasons like spring
Wash 200g of cucumbers and cut them into strips; wash 200g of carrots and cut them into thin strips; wash 200g of white cabbage and 200g of Chinese cabbage and slice them thinly. Place all ingredients in a tray, mix with salt and marinate for 1 hour, drain, and season with vinegar to make a salad.

Cut 200g of bitter melon, remove the seeds, wash and slice. Wash 150g of pork, slice it, and marinate it with wine for about 10 minutes. Place a pot on the stove, add enough water, add the bitter melon and ginger slices, bring to a boil over high heat for a few minutes, then add the pork and cook until done. Season with salt to taste.
Effects: Rich in vitamin C, it effectively clears heat and detoxifies. Suitable for people with acne, itchy skin; conjunctivitis, and mouth and tongue ulcers.
This dish is considered cooling in nature, so those with weak spleen and stomach should consume it with caution.
Hawthorn porridge
Wash 200g of hawthorn berries and 70g of rice. Place a pot on the stove, add water, hawthorn berries, and rice. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat and simmer until the rice is tender.
Effects: Promotes blood circulation, removes blood stasis, aids digestion and eliminates stagnation. This dish is suitable for people with skin conditions like orange peel skin, itchy skin, chronic acne, and a reddish-brown complexion; as well as those with high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and diabetes.
Mung bean and lotus leaf sweet soup
Raw gypsum (sufficient quantity), 8 g of loquat leaves, 8 g of dried lotus leaves wrapped in a cloth bag, 30 g of washed mung beans (to be used later). Place the cloth bag in a pot, add enough water to decoct, take the liquid, and discard the bag.
Add the stewed mung beans, season with white sugar, mix well, and it's done.
Effects: Clears heat, moistens the lungs, dissolves phlegm. This dessert is suitable for people with acne and skin discoloration. It is also suitable for those with heat-induced thirst, yellow urine, and drug poisoning. Because all the ingredients in this dessert are cooling, it should not be used by people without symptoms of excess heat.
