Vietnamese dishes make it into the Top 100 best dishes in the world.

On August 4th, the Vietnam Record Organization announced that, with its nomination, three Vietnamese dishes – Pho, Bun Cha, and Banh Mi – have officially made it into the Top 100 most famous dishes in the world, as announced in 2016 by the World Record Alliance - Wordkings and the World Top Institute.

Vietnamese pho has always been famous as a delicious dish that many foreign tourists love.

Wordkings introduces these dishes: “Pho is a traditional Vietnamese dish, and can also be considered one of the representative dishes of Vietnamese cuisine.” “Bun cha is a dish with rice noodles, grilled pork patties cooked over charcoal, and a bowl of sweet, sour, salty, and spicy fish sauce. Both dishes originate from Northern Vietnam and are the most enduring specialties of Hanoi, making them arguably the signature dishes of Hanoi cuisine.”
