The exhibition also provides viewers with a glimpse into the Vietnamese community in France.
The photographs were selected from numerous works by author Le Tan Xuan, taken and collected in France.
The exhibition is organized into two sections: the imprint of President Ho Chi Minh and Vietnam on French soil, and some images of the activities of the Vietnamese Association in France. Each photograph tells a story, capturing memorable moments, recorded by the author.

Through this exhibition, viewers gain a deeper understanding of President Ho Chi Minh and his associates in France; the contributions of the Vietnamese community in France in preserving and promoting national historical and cultural values; and the friendly feelings between the people of Vietnam and France.
Having spent nearly half a century behind the camera, author Le Tan Xuan has captured and preserved many valuable images such as: Vietnamese New Year celebrations in France, commemorating President Ho Chi Minh's birthday, Vietnam's National Day, the Vietnamese booth at the Nhan Dao newspaper festival, etc.
In particular, the author also participated in photographing a number of national and international activities of Vietnam in France, such as the activities of Vietnamese diplomacy at the Paris Conference (1968-1973), the visit of Prime Minister Pham Van Dong to the Republic of France (April 1977)...
Author Le Tan Xuan shared that the photograph that moved him the most was a picture of the Vietnamese booth at the L'Humanité newspaper festival in 1969. Upon hearing the news of President Ho Chi Minh's death, the Vietnamese booth set up an altar to commemorate him, and many international friends came to pay their respects. Also at the L'Humanité newspaper festival in 1969, he captured a photograph of the Algerian booth displaying a picture and commemorating President Ho Chi Minh.
In order to promote the value of these precious documents, Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Hanh, Deputy Head of the Committee on Overseas Vietnamese in Ho Chi Minh City, said that the Committee will receive all the documents and photos donated by the author and transfer them to be preserved and utilized at the Ho Chi Minh City Museum and the Ho Chi Minh Museum - Ho Chi Minh City branch.
All of author Le Tan Xuan's photographs will be selected and published as a photo book to introduce them widely to the public.
