After a moment of shock, Mr. Ngoc regained his composure and saw a yellow electrical wire, about 10 meters long, on his bed, plugged into a 220V power outlet.
The perpetrator used this electrical wire, stripping off part of the outer wire to expose the copper core, and after connecting it to the electricity, pressed it directly against Mr. Ngoc's face.
Immediately, Mr. Ngoc called Mr. Tran Dinh Khanh, the owner of the gas station residing in Moi Hamlet, to come to the scene.
