A female teacher in Tuyen Quang has turned herself in.
A teacher who served as the exam score clerk at Tuyen Quang Specialized High School has turned himself in connection with the case involving 147 perfect scores (10/10) in Mathematics during the 2026 high school graduation exam.
This afternoon, the Tuyen Quang Provincial Police announced that on the morning of July 17th, Nguyen Thi Dieu Thuy (born in 1980, a Literature teacher at Tuyen Quang Specialized High School; and the exam center secretary at Tuyen Quang Specialized High School) surrendered to the Security Investigation Agency of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Police.
Based on the documents and evidence collected on the same day, the Investigation Agency of the Tuyen Quang Provincial Police continued to prosecute Nguyen Thi Dieu Thuy for the crime of "Abusing position and power while performing official duties" as stipulated in Article 356 of the Penal Code and applied preventive measures as prescribed by law.
To date, in connection with the case of "Abusing position and authority while performing official duties" that occurred at the Tuyen Quang Specialized High School examination center during the 2026 high school graduation exam, the Tuyen Quang Provincial Police Investigation Agency has prosecuted 27 defendants to facilitate the investigation.
