A young man from Nghe An was stabbed to death in Laos.
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of June 30, Mr. Nguyen Hai Dong, Chairman of the People's Committee of Phu Son Commune (Tan Ky District) said that the local government and family had received information that Mr. Le Van Cong (born in 1996, from Phu Son Commune) had died in Laos.
According to information received from a worker from Nghe An working in Laos, Mr. Cong went to work in Udomxay province (Laos) and was stabbed to death by another person with an iron rod on June 28, 2018.

Mr. Nguyen Hai Dong - Chairman of Phu Son Commune People's Committee said: "Currently, the government and family have only received information about Cong's death but have not yet confirmed the cause of his death. Cong is the son of Mr. Le Van Duc (in Nam Son hamlet, Phu Son commune), and has not yet started a family. Mr. Duc's family has sent people to Laos to complete the necessary procedures to bring Cong's body back to his hometown to hold a funeral according to local customs."
Currently, the Vietnamese community in Laos is calling on everyone to join hands in donating and helping the family to have the funds to bring Cong's body back home.
