Mourinho faces a ban for criticizing the referee

Man Utd coach may have to leave the Man Utd bench for a few matches due to criticism of referee Anthony Taylor.

Jose Mourinho had made unfavorable comments about referee Taylor before the Liverpool - Man Utd match on October 17. "Jose Mourinho has been accused of misconduct for his comments about the referee before the Liverpool - Man Utd match. Those comments were incorrect and could have had a negative impact on the match. Mourinho has until 6pm on October 31, 2016 to respond to this accusation," the Federation's announcement on October 27 said.

If found guilty, Mourinho could be banned from directing a number of Man Utd matches. This is a big problem when the Red Devils need to improve their performance.
