Mr. Dam: 'Cam Ly is lucky to have Minh Vy'

Cam Ly and Dam Vinh Hung reunited at the press conference of 'Duet Dinh Ca' season two on the morning of August 29 in Ho Chi Minh City. Last season, they were also judges. This season, for some personal reasons, Cam Ly intended to decline the invitation to return to the show. However, the female singer received continuous messages from Mr. Dam asking her to join, so she accepted.

Last year, Cam Ly was on Dan Truong's team while Dam Vinh Hung and Duong Trieu Vu were on another team. This year's format has changed, with each team consisting of one singer and one musician.

Cam Ly and her husband's team - musician Minh Vy (also known as director Huu Minh). Mr. Dam praised Minh Vy. He said: 'Cam Ly is lucky to be paired with Minh Vy. She is a talented person, good at her profession, and a 'devil' in calculating her lessons'. Initially, when he saw that Cam Ly was not going to participate, Mr. Dam planned to 'take' musician Minh Vy to his team.

Cam Ly shared that sitting on the same judging panel with her husband makes her feel more comfortable and secure. He will help her openly in preparing the contestants' papers, instead of just helping silently like last year.

At the press conference, musician Minh Vy also expressed his opinion about the story he wrote on his personal page that he would no longer work with Quang Le. He said that after a while, he realized that Quang Le had a childish nature, so he ignored the unworthy matters to continue working together.

Agreeing with Minh Vy's point of view, Dam Vinh Hung admitted that at first he was also annoyed with Quang Le's behavior, but now he sees that the male singer actually has a "bull-lung" personality and is like... a baby, so he is no longer angry.

Musician Vu Quoc Viet and Dam Vinh Hung's team. Both of them share the responsibility of taking care of and worrying about their students. These days, they work with the contestants until 2am every day.

Musician Hoai An and Quang Le's team. This morning, the overseas singer was absent, so only Hoai An attended the press conference. Hoai An is currently the music director of many television programs.
