Over the course of two days (September 11th and 12th), participants will receive instruction on six topics: Guidance on the Charter of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, 9th term, 2019-2024, and the Circular on the implementation of the Charter of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, 9th term; Improving the quality and effectiveness of patriotic emulation campaigns and movements launched by the Fatherland Front; Mobilizing, managing, and utilizing various funds, and building community self-governance models; Social supervision and criticism; The Fatherland Front's role in contributing to the building of the Party and government, and presiding over dialogue conferences between Party committees, governments at all levels, and the people…

In addition, trainees will also receive training in editing and writing news articles for newspapers and social media platforms to enhance the effectiveness of propaganda and mobilization efforts of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and its members.

Following the opening ceremony, the trainees received direct instruction from the leaders of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province on several topics related to the role and position of the Fatherland Front in the political system, in order to properly perform their functions and tasks at the grassroots level.

It is also the responsibility of the Vietnam Fatherland Front to participate in building the Party and the government by gathering opinions and feedback from the people and letters from citizens to contribute suggestions to Party organizations, the government, and cadres and Party members; and to provide feedback when Party committees and the government seek opinions.

In this context, the Fatherland Front at all levels needs to focus on promoting the supervisory role of the people to contribute to improving the political qualities, ethics, lifestyle, and pioneering and exemplary role of cadres and Party members; and the relationship between Party committees and Party members, and between cadres, Party members, and the people.

In addition, the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels has the responsibility to participate in reviewing draft documents of the Party and State; to contribute to the development of laws and administrative apparatus; to participate in reviewing the implementation of laws; and to conduct social supervision and criticism…

The role of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in gathering and promoting national unity to effectively implement the policies, laws, and regulations of the Party and State at all levels for the goal of a prosperous people, a strong nation, democracy, fairness, and civilization.

During the training course, participants were also taught methods and ways to organize campaigns and patriotic emulation movements to ensure their effectiveness and substance; focusing on the campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas"; the campaign to build the "For the Poor" Fund; the campaign "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods"; the "Unity and Creativity" movement; and the competition for creative ideas on innovating the content and methods of the Fatherland Front's activities...
