Flood escape season of people outside Lam River dike

Due to the impact of storm No. 10 causing heavy rain, water from upstream flows strongly, Lam River water rises, causing flooding in the hamlets outside the dike in Lam Thanh commune (formerly Hung Nguyen district), Nghe An province.
