In Ngoc Lam commune, heavy rain and water from the mountain slopes flooded some spillways on the inter-commune road, causing danger to traffic participants. The most seriously flooded point was at the Tan Tien spillway bridge, Ngoc Lam commune.
To ensure people's safety, Ngoc Lam Border Guard Station has dispatched forces, coordinated with local authorities to put up warning signs, and stood guard at key locations to warn people not to pass through.
