Taking advantage of the rain to prepare the soil for planting vegetables, Ms. Le Thi Mui in Hung Dong commune (Vinh City) happily shared: "The recent hot weather caused many vegetables to die, and the soil became barren, so we couldn't produce anything. This morning, seeing the rain, I'm very happy. I'm taking advantage of the opportunity to till the soil to plant a new crop of vegetables, hoping to compensate for the losses of the past period."
