The ultimate goal
(Baonghean) - After all, whether people sell fake goods or impose taxes in a brutal way, they all aim for one goal: people's wallets.
A rather strange coincidence, full of randomness, but making gullible people think that it was arranged by some "supernatural" force as if wanting to send a message to people who are struggling in the vortex of survival, that is when the Ministry of Finance "cleverly" let the public know about its intention to tax assets accumulated from the sweat and tears of the people, it was also the time when the authorities discovered a famous business using bamboo charcoal in capsule bags to make medicine to cure cancer and a small establishment using stone powder, flashlight batteries, coffee husks, and mixed flavors to make ground coffee to sell to the public to drink.

On the surface, these three things seem unrelated. The suggestion to impose a property tax is an attempt to hit people’s pockets under the pretext of “increasing revenue to develop the country”. The other two things directly hit consumers’ health. But in the end, whether people sell fake goods or impose taxes in a brute-force manner, they all aim for the same goal: people’s pockets.
Although they are from different social classes and do not know each other, they have the same goal: to get as much money from people's pockets as possible. The only difference is that taxation is a legal act, recognized and protected by law. Producing fake drugs and counterfeit goods is a fraud that is strictly prohibited by law and will be punished appropriately if violated. But whether it is legal or illegal, the people are still the ones who ultimately suffer the consequences.
Speaking of this, there will certainly be people who object that, although tax collection is considered by public opinion as a form of “extortion of people’s strength”, it is still for the common good, not for personal gain. The other two things are clearly frauds for personal gain. They are worlds apart, so they cannot be equated like that. On the surface, it may seem like that, but if you delve deeper into the inner nature of those three things, it will be different.
First of all, let’s talk about those two blatant and unscrupulous scams. People want to make money, but they don’t want to spend effort, capital, health, intelligence, or maybe they don’t have enough capacity and qualifications to create super products that are trusted by the whole world like Bin-Ghet or Mac Duke, but they want to make as much money as those two geniuses. And so there is only one way to satisfy the need to make a lot of money quickly and easily, which is… scamming. They do it for themselves. Not for anyone else.
As for property tax, if allowed to be collected, it is the State's money, so it is difficult to say that doing so is for personal benefit. Here we need to dig deeper into our thinking. Ensuring revenue sources and balancing revenue and expenditure to serve the country's development investment needs is the primary and extremely important task of the financial sector. If there is a revenue shortfall or if revenue is not enough to cover expenditure, the financial sector must take primary responsibility.

Therefore, if you do not want to be judged as weak, you must not let the situation of "lack of money in front, lack of money in back, gaping holes in the top and bottom" happen. If you do not want to lack money, you must increase revenue and ensure revenue sources. But increasing revenue is very difficult. In addition to being talented and intelligent, you also need to be dedicated, highly responsible, and work hard and go back and forth. It is tiring and brain-damaging, but the extra money you earn is not your own. So why torture yourself and make others tired?
Just choose the simplest, gentlest and most effective option, which is to increase taxes and create more taxes. The consequences and who has to bear them are irrelevant; as long as the assigned task is still completed without having to waste time and get tired. They do that, obviously, only for themselves. So the ultimate goal of the three different things is the same.
