Twelve days in Sydney
A delegation led by Deputy Minister of Justice Mai Luong Khoi spent 12 days studying at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) in New South Wales (NSW), Australia. The course focused on modern results-based public administration; models for coordinating regional development; and sustainable development management.
What value does the government create for its citizens, and how can a region achieve balanced development, ensure efficient use of resources, or can a new policy truly bring about change so that today's decisions don't burden future generations? These are some of the questions addressed in three articles written during our research trip to Sydney on modern public administration.
